Rosina is an award-winning jeweller and metal artist from London who found and developed her passion for making during her time studying at Edinburgh College of Art and Bishopsland Educational Trust. She creates statement wearable pieces using a wide range of materials.
Her practice is shaped by observing and drawing from the urban landscape, inspired particularly by the repeating forms, geometry, and shadows present in brutalist and modernist architecture.
Rosina finds beauty in transformation, making both sculptural and wearable pieces which often move, change, and connect. She uses these elements as a starting point to interpret and reimagine architectural details through a range of materials including resin, steel, 18ct gold, and sterling silver. Combining precious and non-precious elements allows her to enjoy her creative practice as a form of play and invention, with the aim of creating work which conjures visions of geometric and architectural forms.
