Weaving Workshop programme

Charlotte Grierson is running a programme of weaving workshops at Deptford. Aimed at weavers who want to extend their knowledge and skill these workshops cover a range of topics in a very practical way. During the workshop you will weave samples on looms ready set up with a range of different warps, using a variety of yarns for wefts to see the different effect that you can achieve. Learning in a small group of students we will analyse samples you have each woven and identify opportunities and the things you need to consider when planning your own pieces. You will take home handouts, your own notes and paperwork together with the samples you have woven. Workshops run from 10am-4.30pm All materials are provided.
