Join the makers from Cockpit Deptford for three days of family friendly craft workshops.
Join award-winning textile designer Ashley Jess Knight for a hands-on upcycling workshop, where you will learn a range of basic embroidery stitches to create a fun, customisable smiley face patch. Perfect for beginners, this workshop offers creative techniques you can use to upcycle your own clothes, with all recycled materials provided.
Workshops are family friendly and suitable for all — children under 10-years-old may need some help from the adult accompanying them. Children over 10 are welcome to participate on their own, while parents/carers spend time in our on-site café.
Tickets are £5 per family to cover material costs and equipment. This allows a group of up to two children and two adults to take part. If you wish to attend with a larger group, please book two or more tickets.
All ticket sales support Cockpit’s work as a registered charity.
Please note: all children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
