Every month, we bring you an update about what’s new and exciting at Cockpit. From stunning products to intriguing projects to inspiring brand partnerships, here are the latest developments from our makers.
Head to Helsinki to see Dalia James' work in the COS x Studio Ashby collaboration
Cockpit weaver Dalia James is part of an exciting collaboration between COS and London-based interior design studio, Studio Ashby, who unveiled a curated selection of artworks by women artists from around the world in their London, Paris, and Helsinki shops.
Curated by Sophie Ashby, the initiative reinforces the brand’s deep-rooted connection to craft and modern culture. A woven piece by Dalia, which explores the dynamic interplay of colour and geometry, is on display in the recently opened COS location on Aleksanterinkatu in Helsinki alongside an evocative oil painting by British artist Anna Ilsley. The work is on display now and will remain part of the COS collection.

Set to be released in Fall 2025, this monumental book, edited by the brilliant Melanie Grant, is a deep dive into the designers, creative houses, artists, collectors, and style icons from around the world who have produced and inspired the most memorable jewellery designs in recent history.
