Carpenters Workshop Gallery brings together a breadth of female perspectives to explore the dialogue between functional art and jewellery art through a shared language of composition across scale.
The work of Ute Decker will be exhibited alongside historic and contemporary icons, including Charlotte Perriand and Ingrid Donat, highlighting how sculpture can move seamlessly from the interior space to the body.
The featured artists and designers’ works represent outstanding achievements across both jewellery and functional art, highlighting the relationship between the two through innovative approaches to form, function and materiality.
