Create your own woven wall hanging in a day at this Beginners Weaving Workshop led by Cockpit maker Eva Dennis.
Suitable for beginners, this workshop will teach you the whole process of weaving with a rigid heddle loom.
What you’ll experience:
- Designing your own weaving warp.
- Learning how to get the loom ready for weaving.
- You will be able to choose from an array of different yarns and vintage fabric to weave with. Feel free to bring some material of your own to upcycle.
- Expert weaving tuition and tips.
The maximum class size is two people so you will be able to have as much help as you need.
You will also have the opportunity to look at Eva’s woven pieces and see what she is working on at the moment!
