In this one day course you will create a beautiful 1950’s style fabric covered close fitting headpiece.
Starting with a foundation made to fit your head, you will go on to learn about the couture use of wiring and use interfacing, fabric draping, binding and finishing techniques such as fabric bows or handmade flowers.
All materials will be supplied with a choice of 3 different colours of velvet. Basic sewing skills would be useful but stiching will be taught on the day, so not essential.
The cost of this course includes a full day of tuition, and all materials necessary to create one headpiece.
