In this practical Weaving Colour Workshop with Charlotte Grierson you will learn the terminology of colour theory, and how colours interact with each other, building your confidence with using and choosing colours.
You will weave samples on 8 shaft table looms ready set up with a range of different warps. You will have a variety of yarns to choose for wefts seeing the different effects that you can achieve.
Learning in a small group we will analyse samples to see why some colours seem to disappear in a warp while others stand out.
You will take home handouts, your own notes and paperwork together with the samples you have woven. All materials are included.
This 1 day workshop will run on two dates: 27 May 2023 and 10 June 2023.
