Emily leads on fundraising and corporate partnerships at Cockpit, raising vital funds to support our makers and our youth and communities programme.
With a background in Behavioural Science, focused on principles of community, inclusivity and social justice, Emily has worked for over a decade in the non-profit sector in Australia and England. Her roles have spanned workshop facilitation, fundraising and brand management in organisations including the Royal College of Physicians and the London Library.
Emily is a trustee of the Cultural Philanthropy Foundation.
A cultural leader specialising in fine art and craft, our CEO Jonathan Burton shapes Cockpit’s vision and drives our strategy.
Fabienne leads on all aspects of business operations, including both operational and HR functions, in addition to property management, commercial development, future development and strategy.
Tee coordinates all of the business support programmes delivered by Cockpit’s Business Incubation team.
David leads our team of business coaches and trainers. He designs our in-house programme of business support and one-to-one coaching and leads Cockpit’s international consultancy service.
