Cristina Garrigues

Cristina Garrigues is a commercial and intellectual property attorney with a passion for the arts. She brings over 15 years’ experience from top-tier private practice and senior in-house roles. She has represented international visual artists supporting their creative practices through amongst others, agency, licences, commission, and gallery agreements. Holding an MSc in Art, Law and Business from Christie’s Education, she has advised on restitution, consignment, and private sales agreements. Her legal expertise bridges art and commerce, ensuring that creativity is protected and celebrated within a secure legal framework.
