Amy Cooper-Wright

Amy leads our communications and digital marketing. Working closely with Cockpit makers to share their stories and their processes, Amy's role is to bring the magic of Cockpit to wider and more diverse audiences.

Amy joined Cockpit in 2023, bringing over 15 years experience as a creative producer, graphic designer and visual storyteller. In 2015 she turned a life-long passion into modern stationer Mark+Fold, which was about commissioning small batch production by expert makers, documenting the process of each and every material and process. This passion for provenance, as well as building a loyal online community, has dovetailed nicely into her new role at Cockpit, where Amy can continue telling making stories and bringing the beauty of craftsmanship to wider audiences.

With a BA in Philosophy and French from Oxford, and an MA in Graphic Design from LCC, Amy loves nothing more than to tell rich, compelling stories that encourage people to question their buying choices and the types of businesses they would like to support. A passionate campaigner for bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, Amy is committed to bringing Cockpit to new audiences and ensuring everyone feels this is a place for them if they love making and want to be part of the future of craft.
